Cancellation policy

To reserve a spot in one of our Summer Camps, a 50% deposit is required, at minimum. You may also pay in full. If you wish to make a 50% deposit in lieu of paying in full, you must contact the School. Partial payments can only be processed by a staff member.

· The deposit is non-refundable.

· A credit card must remain on file if the camp is not paid in full.

· Any balance due will be billed on May 31st to the credit card on file. If you wish to make partial payments prior to that date, please contact a staff member to arrange a payment plan.

· Cancellation must be submitted in writing and can be emailed directly to nashville@schoolofrock.com

· A refund may be issued if cancellation, in writing, is received at least 30 days before the start of the scheduled camp. The deposit is non-refundable, but may be applied to a new camp, as long as written cancellation for the old camp was received at least 30 days in advance
