Camp Hours are 10am to 3pm. Students should be dropped off no earlier than 9:45am.
Students should bring their lunch to camp, or lunch may be dropped off at the front desk prior to the lunch hour.
Students are asked to bring a water bottle.
Students may purchase drinks or snacks from the vending machine located in the student lounge. The machine accepts cash (no bills larger than $5 bill), credit/debit cards or Apple pay.
We are a NUT FREE facility. Please do not send your camper with any food items containing nuts.
We are located at 3201 Belmont Blvd. in Suite 102. Please be mindful of the presence of children when entering and leaving the parking area.
Parents are asked to come into the school to complete camp enrollment paperwork if it has not been provided prior to the start of camp.
To reserve a spot in one of our Rock & Roll Summer Camps, a 50% deposit is required, at minimum. You may also pay in full. If you wish to make a 50% deposit in lieu of paying in full, you must contact the School. Partial payments can only be processed by a staff member.
· The deposit is non-refundable.
· A credit card must remain on file if the camp is not paid in full.
· Any balance due will be billed on May 31st to the credit card on file. If you wish to make partial payments prior to that date, please contact a staff member to arrange a payment plan.
· Cancellation must be submitted in writing and can be emailed directly to nashville@schoolofrock.com
· A refund may be issued if cancellation, in writing, is received at least 30 days before the start of the scheduled camp. The deposit is non-refundable, but may be applied to a new camp, as long as written cancellation for the old camp was received at least 30 days in advance
